Return Policy

Thank you for considering an exchange or return with us. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Please review the following guidelines before making a purchase:

1. Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Refunds are not offered for sale items.
  • Store credit or exchanges allow you to select an alternative product or size within the same value range.

2. Clearance / Closeout Items

  • Items classified as clearance, closeout, or end-of-collection are considered final sale.
  • These items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • Please choose carefully when purchasing these items.

3. Exchanges for Different Sizes

  • Same Product, Different Size: Exchanges are possible, depending on product availability.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, and handling fees may apply.

4. Browbands and Decorative Items

  • Products such as browbands adorned with pearls, crystals, rivets, and other decorations are delicate.
  • Breakage of these embellishments due to wear or use is not considered a defect and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • Items must be in new condition, free of:
    • Scratches, blemishes, stretching, environmental damage, mold, cuts, or alterations.
  • Items must have their original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.

Returned Checks & Disputed Credit Card Transactions

Returned Checks

There is a $35.00 returned check service charge and/or allowable collection and payment fees as allowed by civil code. We do not accept personal checks or credit card payments to replace a check that has been returned. If a check is returned, the face value of the check, plus the $35.00 returned check fee, may be paid by cashiers check.   

Disputed Card Transactions

There is a $35.00 late payment fee for disputed credit card transactions that will be assessed for all disputed card transactions whereby a customer has not contacted us prior to contacting your bank. If there is an error on a transaction, you should always contact us first as we can resolve the issue quickly, and without the hassle of a dispute. In addition, finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all disputed credit card transactions until payment is received in full.

Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the pricing provided with or without notice. We make every effort to ensure our pricing listed in our online catalog is accurate and a pricing change would only occur in the case where an error is discovered. You will be notified of the pricing change and have the opportunity to cancel your order should this occur.

Complaints

We are committed to addressing any issues or concerns with your purchased products. If you wish to file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Filing a Complaint

  • Use the complaint form provided below to submit your concern.
  • Include detailed information about the issue and attach relevant pictures to help us understand the problem better.

2. Timeframe for Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
  • Submit your complaint within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-manufacture defects will not be accepted after 90 days.

3. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing Defects:
    • Issues with seams, adhesives, decorations, and hardware are considered manufacturing defects.

4. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damages caused by:
    • Misuse, lack of care, negligence, accidents, fire, water, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Decorative Components:
    • Items with pearls, crystals, rivets, or other delicate embellishments cannot be claimed as defective if decorations break due to wear or use.
